Mirjam is a high-energy facilitator, trail ultramarathon runner, and co-owner of Vox Agora, where she helps groups have the conversations that truly matter. She designs and leads powerful processes—rooted in Deep Democracy, DEI, and co-created trainings—that spark real connection and movement.

Her mindset, shaped by running seemingly impossible ultramarathons, shows up in how she holds space: with clarity, strength, and care. Theo brings a wealth of experience to his facilitation practice, combining over thirty years of leadership and governance expertise with a deep commitment to inclusive dialogue. As co-owner of Vox Agora, he helps groups navigate challenging conversations with skill and empathy, drawing on the principles of Deep Democracy to foster understanding and connection.

Guided by the conviction that it is not that interesting who you are but, rather, who you can become, he has a keen eye for people and organizations’ potential—used to operating in diverse contexts, nationally and internationally, in dialogue and negotiations with government representatives, funding organizations and civil society     organizations and movements.
