Our work is grounded in Deep Democracy. Originally developed in post-apartheid South Africa to bring divided communities into real dialogue, Deep Democracy is now used around the world to improve how teams communicate, make decisions, and work through tension. It’s built on a simple but powerful idea: the unspoken things in a team—disagreements, frustrations, doubts—don’t go away just because no one talks about them. They linger, grow, and eventually block progress.
