Facilitation of Meetings

Some meetings are too important to run yourself. Strategy sessions, multi-stakeholder decisions, moments where the outcome matters and the dynamics in the room are complicated — these are exactly where an independent facilitator earns their place.

We hold the structure and the process, so you and your team can focus fully on the content and the decision at hand.

Who it's for

Leaders who are also participants in the decision — which makes it nearly impossible to facilitate objectively at the same time. If you've ever left a meeting having done most of the talking and none of the listening, or watched a decision get made by whoever spoke first and loudest, that's the gap this fills.

What to expect

Before the meeting, we talk through what a good outcome actually looks like and who needs to be heard for the decision to stick. During the meeting, we hold the process — the agenda, the pacing, making sure dissenting views surface rather than get steamrolled — so you can stay fully present in the content. We're neutral on the outcome; we're not neutral on making sure the room actually reaches one.
